This kingdom scroll is based off of a German missal, Cologne, early 15th century. It's in a differenct style that I wanted to try. Gold leaf (22k) was applied to the flower's middle (can't tell with the scan) Calligraphy is modified gothic textura quadrata. Scroll was completed in January 11, 2005.
