This site is home to my hobbies and interests. I thought it would be a great way to share my artwork as well. I've thrown some fresh rushes on the floor, so please make yourself at home and stay as long as you like.

I grew up on the south-side of Chicago (go Sox!) and am currently living in the Chicagoland south suburbs with my husband and 20+ plants. I'm one of those lucky people who is blessed with a great family. I'm not only still very close with my parents and two sisters, but years have added two brother-in-laws, three beautiful nieces and a wonderful husband, too. Oh, and I can't forget all the cousins, in-laws, friends ... my weekends are often busy!!!

I can safely admit that I am a frustrated artist. Frustrated because most of my days are absorbed working as a tax/technology analyst in beautiful downtown Chicago. When working for a living isn't distracting me (and, it's so annoying at times), I can be found pursuing my multiple hobbies. One of them is playing in the SCA, which provides a great creative outlet and allows me to interact with lots of talented people, as well. "What is the SCA?" you ask. Check out Fiona's page below. I'm also a self-described Disney Sleeping Beauty geek. And, yep, couldn't resist adding an information-saturated page dedicated to this, my favorite film.

I've completed my Master's Degree in Science (MS - CIS) at Dominican University!!! Commencement took place on May 6, 2006. Whew...
